Forgive me but how do I add an IPB MOD?

It's been so long since I've owned an IPB forum so how do I add a new MOD to the board? I'm on a hosted plan at IPB so have cPanel and stuff, but forgive me... but how do I add a new one?

Download the mods from the IPB site. Unzip them. Most mods have a install file for you to read on how to install them.

Just make sure the mod has been updated to the newest IPB also.

I'm trying to find out how to change menu names on the top menu where the navigation is. I want to change 'ibEconomy' to cookies. =/

Under other apps. Fine the ibEconomy and find ibEconomy General settings which is under Frontpage. Under that you will see *Name for Application*. Change that!
