Formal Infraction System?

I'm using phpBB3, and I'm wondering if there's a mod that allows a formal infraction system, rather than just using colored warning images, or a bar with numbers.

It would be sort of like the infraction system used on VBulletin. You issue a number of points to a user who breaks the rules, and let them know what rule they broke, and how many points are being added to their account. You would also be able to set an expiration date for the points to be removed if you wish. As for bans, you as the admin would decide how many points leads to a ban, and for how long.

you could set it up like this in ACP-

Warning Type------Points------Expires After

Spam---------------3-----------14 days
Swearing------------1-----------10 days
Add more here
Add more here

etc.
And than,
Automated Messages-

Final Warning = 25 Points
Ban = 30 Points

You could edit the point values for those.
Like that?
