Lol, look at how far off he was.

I can't disagree with the fact iPhones are over priced compared to competitors now a days, back then was a bit different when it was new. Today Android phones offer better services, but more so better hardware in the phones themselves at a much cheaper price and higher quality. iPhone would be better today if it really wanted to be innovative in the modern era, but sadly Steve is dead and the current ones running Apple do not have much creative minds anymore.

It's kinda curious how they're both called Steve.

I don't think Steve Jobs is really that creative, he's more of a taskmaster, the one who organises all the other people, gets the cogs in the wheel going, and keeps people on track while filtering out ideas.

In other words, he's a manager.

The problem with Steve Ballmer in contrast is that he's extremely single-minded and doesn't like to experiment and just wants to protect the cash cows.

It depends what brand of Android you're talking about. It's only fair to compare the popular brands like Samsung, the Google Pixel, or LG's lineup.

Hardware doesn't matter too much when it comes to iPhones, since Apple knows which hardware they use, and they can adjust performance specifically for the chips they make. Android has too many different vendors.

Well hardware does matter more so for many certain features and quality of said features. It comes down to quality vs quantity. Yes the iPhone is good for simple tasks and daily use when you may not use a lot of applications or certain features, but when it comes to overall quality most average Android phones are better. I have had many people try iPhones for good few years but always switched to Android. iPhone has increasingly went further down the road of over simplifying it's device and not focus to a wider audience which is what Steve wanted, but sadly that isn't true for the current team of Apple. They never widen their horizon for their device so it always is a step behind over anything else.

You always going to pay more for the brand name then anything else. Most cases it's always been like that for apple and it was never cheap from the start. Still in today's world with new devices from Apple are not darn cheap or people think it's the right price. But if you little smart then most go and buy Apple gear in other countries that are cheaper. I know some people who love Iphones and now better what they get they always use an Iphone.

I think Apple isn't competitive, They release and they know people will sell for the sake of knowing that people will buy. It's more for other company's that are competitors, Like Asus or whatnot.

Yet Asus new phone is way better then Apple. Gaming phone lol
