Well, all you can do is ask questions when on something like Facebook you can use apps and such. Also, there's only one reply to a question so you can't really start a discussion without sending a bunch of questions, which is annoying. Forums and most social networking sites avoid that by letting you respond as often as you want.

Plus, it's anonymous, so any weirdo can leave you a message, no matter how hurtful. As long as they have an account, they can do whatever they please.

AFAIK, you can't. You can stop people who don't have an account, but if they're logged in, they can easily click 'anonymous'.

I like the concept behind the site. I signed up earlier today but haven't used it yet. I asked one person a question on their FormSpring a few days ago, but otherwise I haven't participated.
