You will then need to upload all the files to a host that supports both php and mysql and once you ave done that run install/install.php file i think it is then follow the instrtions. It isn't hard.
f199 it is probably 789mb having some slowness.

I have to agree with efc2007, your forum would be better off if it were set to just one color and you replaced the logo with a more personal one. Not that there is anything necessarily 'wrong' with the current one but, because it's not your 'own' it doesn't really represent 'you' or 'your' forum indivually enough.
If you are unsure of how to go about getting a logo, let me know. I know where you can go and get one that will kick a**, will cost you zero and it will be done fast.
Oh, and I did sign up and post a fair amount in your forum already (I started some new topics as well to help give you a boost) but there was something I noticed while I was there that you may want to check into further. I can't say why, but for some reason, your smilies don't seem to want to post so there may be a 'bug' in there somewhere that you should look into.
Aside from that, I haven't noticed anything else of great concern, but if I do, you'll be the first to know.
