Number Of Members - 15
Not a very good amount of members considering your forum has been open since December 13th (information from the first account was created), I've also noticed you do post exchanges, so some of the members you have probably didn't even join because they wanted too.
Number Of Active Members - 10
Good amount of active members considering you only have 15 members. Although it seems a few of those are from post exchanges. Only 2 members (one of those is you) have made over 10 posts.
Number Of Posts - 153
Thats roughly 10 posts per member, but you have posted 43.79% of those 153 posts so it's less than 10 posts per member. The 2nd most active forum is the Games forum, which isn't too good and you hardly have any posts in the main forums.
Appearance
Appearance is good, i like the skin. VistaX i think? Anyway, it looks good and i love the affiliates box you have added to your forum. It looks much better than just having some affiliates scrolling along the bottom of your forum, your affiliates now have a place where they belong, which is good. Although i think the affiliates would look better if they were scrolling across.
On the second hand, there are a few things i don't like. Firstly, the description of your forum is boring and obvious, i recommend changing it to something else, or at least extending it. I also noticed you have added a link to the menu at the top which is a link to the main website, but it doesn't look very good as you haven't put a "•" in between that link and the "FAQ" link, so now it looks like "Formula 1 Website FAQ".
Layout
Layout is good, although it seems there are more forum off topic than there are on topic (on topic as what your forum is based on). You should consider posting some more topics in the main forums, then add some more.
Moderation
Moderation is OK. You are the only staff members but i suppose you don't need much staff yet as your still quite a small forum. Everything seems to be under control so i cant fault your moderation there.
Activity
Your forum doesn't seem very active at all, you haven't gained many members since you have been open, you should advertise as much as you can and affiliate with anyone and everyone! Also, if it's not already; try getting your forum into the main search engines (Google & Yahoo). Once you have done all that, you should start to see a increase in traffic to your forum.

58 - Overall your forum is OK i would say, it needs more members and posts. Try posting more in the main forums instead of the off topic forums as your forum will just end up like a general chat forum. Also try affiliating and getting your forum submitting into the major search engines (if they are not already).

Can I just say, it doesn`t work like that. Sites are very time consuming, and you can`t expect a flood of members to come in when you haven`t been up long.
It can take up to a year before you start seeing proper activity.
