Your forum has been open for exactly 6 months now and you have got only 30 members and I would have exacted you to have a lot more than you currently have, I know you have had a lot of downtime; maybe it might be worth looking for a new host if your host is not the reliable.

You have only 8 active members which is very poor for a forum that has been open for 6 months, try advertising it on forum with the same interest and putting a link to your forum in your signature at all the forum you’re a members is a good idea as gives you more chance of Google to spider your site and giving you a higher rank. I would also suggest getting a package from FP to increase activity.
Number of Posts (Spam or Otherwise): (2/10)
Your forum currently has 557 posts I think this is very poor considering your forum has been open since the 1st of January, you need to get more of your members posting and maybe find out what the reason could be that your current members are not posting enough.
Appearance (First Impressions): (20/20)
I was very impressed with the layout, it fits well with the theme of the forum, I like the fact that you have worked hard on the theme for the forum. There is nothing there I would change, great job.
Layout: (15/20)
I quite like the layout of forum, there aren’t too many forums, you have a good amount of forums for the number of members that you have on your forum, but on the feedback I notice you have 3 subforums, this can all be merged into one forum as I don’t think this needs to be split up and there is only four topics in that forum anyway.
Moderation: (9/10)
The moderation is good but you only have 8 regular members so I would expect the moderation to be good for a forum of this site. You could probably get away with just having yourself as the only staff on the forum as there are not many people posting on your forums, there does seem much point having a moderator and yourself moderating the forums as there aren’t that many people that are regular posters.
Activity: (2/10)
More Than 60% of your users have 10 posts or less which means most of the activity is posted by 10 of the members on your forum and 2 of those members are staff, which means you only have about 8 regular members on your forum, Which is not good bearing in mind that you have been open for 6 months. I would have expected you to have a lot more than 8 regular members.
Spelling and Grammar (10/10)
The spelling and grammar used on your forum is quite good, the threads that I did look at your members posted using correct grammar and wasn’t using txt or slang speech which is quite good to have a forum like that. There is nothing I would change here.
Overall Mark (62/100)
There is a few improvements that your forum needs to make, like getting more people to post and advertising it a lot more and adding more content to the forums, otherwise it’s a good forum for Formula 1 racing.
