This is an inspiring movie for simpletons. Forrest gump is a simple person who is treated lowly for his low IQ. But his perseverance, honesty and full support of his mother gave him the impetus to succeed in life. He became a football star and also a war veteran in Vietnam. Tom Hanks plays Forrest Gump and Sally Field essays the role of the supportive mother who said that life is like a box of chocolates.
