Your banner appears to have pushed the category header background images down, also, your banner doesn't fit the theme at all.
Your forum order isn't too great either, the main sections of your forum (being the promotion sections) are three-quarters of the way down the page ~confuse~

you have spelling mistakes in your forums description that makes it look very unprofessional as well as many of the forum descriptions. And you still have the default "Your Forum" title which can be changed in your admin control panel.

Firefox can't find the server at forum4u.uni.cc.
* Check the address for typing errors such as
ww.example.com instead of
http://www.example.com
* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.
* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.
uni.cc hosts go down all the time, i would suggest not using it as the primary url of your forum
