Appearance (First Impressions): I like the theme that you are using. Though it is basic, it is also really good. There are a lot of members online, which makes it attractive to newcomers.
I have seen your site before, and it looks like you have been using the same theme for a while, do you have more than one theme for members to choose from?

Layout: You layout looks really good. I like how the advertisements are organized by category.

Number Of Members: Since the only advertising forum that is your size is Forum Promotion, I have to compare you to here -razz- . Though you have less members, they tend to post more than the members here. I think you could get a lot more members with the help of search engines, but right now you have too many meta keywords. I would delete some of them if I were you, such as search engine optimization, since it is unlikely that your site will be able to get high on search engines for that keyword.

Number Of Posts (Spam or Otherwise): I think you have a great amount of posts, over 60 per member, which is great. The posts aren't all in one section, so the site looks better.
