Not to be mean, but I'm pretty sure you cannot get a service copyrighted, that's why pretty much all advertising forums copy each other and/or get ideas from one another... It's hard to think up unique services that others haven't thought up yet, but It's not totally impossible though...

With your forum, the header color scheme doesn't really match your banner, and the banner doesn't really look right, maybe a new banner and/or theme? Also, the side bar menu thing to the right of the site is very annoying and an eye sore--is it really needed? It just doesn't look right/good and it's messing other things up such as the footer...
