Appearance (First Impressions): At first sight, I was like 'Wow, this is a professional
forum. You really have something going on here. The colors blend nicely, and everything is where it
needs to be. Then, the staff ranks caught my eye. They have just the right color to match with the
board. You don't want colors that are the same as the member's color, but you got that covered.
There is not much that I would add or change to fix the forum around.
Overall mark for Appearance **20/20**
Layout: The forums are spread out real nicely. At the top is all the announcements, then
goes to the community section, then services, then General, then the Archive. This is a great order
of forums. All the important at the top, not so important at the bottom. The only problem I see
(Excuse me, I have OCD) is that some of the forums have descriptions, and the others don't. To
improve this part of the forum, I would add descriptions to all of the forums, not just a few
selected ones. Good Layout tho!
Overall Score for Layout 17/20
Number Of Members: Number of Members 751. Thats a pretty good number for a new forum. I don't
really know if your forum is new or not, but anyways, like I always suggest, is to get more
members. Its just a main goal for every forum, they can't survive without members. It looks like
you had a good amount of people log on in the last 24 hours. A few of them were bots. That is also
a great sign. For now, my suggestion is to get more members. I also saw very few trouble makers.
Overall Score for Number of Members 9/10
Number Of Posts (Spam or Otherwise): All posts seemed to be on topic
to the forum that they were in. Of course, I can't look at all of them. I saw about 2 that were
spam, but those are excusable. My Only advise on this is to keep your community team doing their
job. Im not saying that they are not already.
Overall Score for Number of Posts **10/10**
Moderation: The team is very low on members, especially the review team. I would suggest
advertising staff positions, or asking people if they would like to apply. On the other hand, the
'moderation team' is keeping the forums a clean, safe environment. There is no rule-breaking, adult
content, ect on any of the select few I looked at. Your moderation of your forum is excellent!
Overall Score for Moderation **10/10**
Activity: The members in the last 24 hours is at 75. You want to try to raise that number to
at least 150. That will say 'Hey, im a very active forum, come and join us.' and more people will
come and join. My suggestion is to hold contests that will make your members come back every few
hours. Also, getting more members will help this problem. There are many ways to raise the activity
of a forum, you just have to find the one right for you.
Overall Score for Activity 18/20
Spelling and Grammar: The spelling and grammar of the forums is perfect, but what I see is
that some of the member's posts are hard to read. Some of the members have run on sentences, do not
use periods or commas, ect. I know this is not your fault, but It will help your forum look more
professional. Try to get your members to use correct English spelling and grammar, and if
they mess up, edit their post and correct it. I know this may be a hassle, but it is worth it in
the end.
Overall Score for Spelling And Grammar 9/10
Overall Mark (Out Of 100): 93/100.
Additional Info: You have a great forum going, and I believe that it
can get very hard if you keep trying.
Suggestions for future additions: I don't have any suggestions at the
moment. Just keep going!
Best thing liked about the website/forums: The best thing that I
liked about the forums was that it looked all professional. It was neat, and clean.
How could I get you (The Reviewer) to join my website? I would join,
and I did, right away.
