I shall rate that HIGH mainly the homepage =D

probably because I designed / coded it 🙂

Number Of Members: 33

Your member count is fairly decent considering there are hundreds of promotion forums online, there's certainly room for improvement though when you consdier sites such as "FP" with over 1000. I know you're in the early days, and at this point members aren't really the key to success but don't let the thought slip. At some point you'll need to start focusing on members to make your Post : member ratio look better. Once you come around to promoting your forum remember to use a wide range of promotion forums - don't rely on a handful. Also remember to make the most of services promotion forums have to offer such as Banner exchange and affiliates.

Number Of Active Members: 6-8 (excluding bots)

Only 6-8 members on a forum with "advanced hosting" and ~1000 posts isn't great in all honesty. On one hand it shows your members are loyal and contributive, on the other hand it shows that your forum isn't good enough for members to stay there. I suggest adding some new services perhaps, or some new features to keep your members interested. Over three-quarters of your members are staff ~neutral~ This might be the reason that over the past 24 hours only 3 non-staff members have logged in. Remember that over-staffing your forum scares guests off and looks highly unprofessional. My suggestions are to find some way of keeping new members active, whether or not it's an Arcade or more advertisement services..whatever it's upto you.

Number Of Posts (Spam or Otherwise): 933

Looks like you're well on your way to your first milestone of 1000 posts. Promoting your forum should become easier at this point because nobody likes a quiet forum. Unfortunately over a quarter of your posts are made in "Forum Games". All of your other sections are fairly quiet. On a promotion forum, this ought to be the other way around, meaning that promotion should have more posts than the "fun" forums. My advice to you here would be to focus your attention on the other sections and build their post count. You may need to create a few fake accounts and reply to yourself in these sections to boost their post count, or ask your members off-board to start posting in other sections. A few days ago on your forum one of your staff PMed me asking me to "request a review". Seeing as it's a small board i was more than happy to get your review section rolling, but PMing me isn't the way to do it, you'll want to make sure that doesn't happen again.

Appearance (First Impressions): Bad / Average

I cannot really rate the appearance of your site / forum. I'll begin with your actual site. The first thing to strike me was the major lack of content. Your site is not welcoming at all, in fact when i first saw it i was tempted to turn back. Your website itself needs lots more content, you could add "Recent posts from forum", a Site-Visitor Map, even a Java clock would liven it up. Perhaps a few .gifs here and there would do your site good. Whatever you decide to do to it, it definitely needs it because you're not going to do yourself any favours leaving it the way it is now. Moving onto your forum...you've picked a good template. It's clean, easy to comprehend and has a nice colour balance. One thing i cannot stand is the group colours of your staff usergroups. Bright colours simply dont match well with a dark background. I suggest blending your group colours in with the forum template, for example: Changing the Admin colour from Yellow to Orange. Your affiliates block looks unprofessional too - until you get enough affiliates to actually need a scrolling marquee, i'd just leave them center aligned in that affiliates box. Also have them resized to the regulation affiliate size : 88x31. having them all sized differently looks highly unprofessional. One last thing, your Google Ads stick out like a sore thumb, i believe you can re-color them within your Adsense control panel. I suggest changing them to something like a dark grey background with orange text.

Layout: Good

The layout of your forum is good. I think you have too many services seeing as you're in the early stages of your forum. You would probably benefit from removing a number of your services and opening them gradually as your members increase and the actual need for services increases.

Moderation:

It looks like you're covered well. At the moment there's no real need for moderation. That's all that can be said about Moderation.

Activity: Poor

Your activity is poor. The stats for the previous 24 hours are as follows: New Posts 31 | New Topics 4 | New users 2. Only 31 posts isn't good. I suggest promoting at as many places as possible and increasing those stats.

Overall Mark (Out Of 100): 50

In short, this forum has the potential to do brilliantly. There are a number of things which need to be improved to help you get those members and posts coming in. Just refer to everything i have suggested and you'll be fine 🙂
