Forum Authority !

I would join it but I genuinely can't see the forum properly. There is too much black and grey mixed in together.

Not enough contrasting colours to be able to read things unfortunately.

would you be able to show me what parts of the forum is affecting you most, I can't really see what you're meaning. I've changed a lot of the front colours recently, however, the background has never really been a problem.
 
The dark greys and black are tricky to see although it seems neither than when I visited on desktop. The blue links are the hardest though. Not much contrast there.
 
You'll be glad to know then there are some exciting new changes to the forum on the way.
 
I'm excited you have made the move to Xenforo 2 @Twisted Sister

What lovely talent you have as well with the custom light theme you made. I'm sure you would probably have a dark matching one for later days. I have a light switch bulb add-on I made over on Xenforo.com for alternating light to dark styles with a click. Let me know over on discord if your interested. It's free of course and also has a style chooser if you ever go multi color.

Excited to see what the future holds for forum authority. Fantastic work.
 
The forum looks absolutely amazing now on XenForo 2! For anyone thinking of joining I’d say now is the time to do it with some amazing competitions and prizes up for grabs! What are you waiting for?!
 
Kindly re-write and update the urls of your website. Many banner links are broken, as they use MyBB url. And i feel, Uppercase usage in many places can be avoided (just my thought)

I really appreciate your comments and rest assured there will definitely be a dark alternate version of the theme very shortly, however, as for your addons please do get in touch over discord and we can discuss this, thank you.

I completely agree lots and lots of new additions added every single day, including plenty of contests and giveaways coming very shortly! with some of them presently active.

Can you please show me an example of these links as all the links on my side are working fine.

The whole aesthetic of the theme is centred around uppercase letters, this was the same for the last theme/software too.
 
The broken links are found in users signature who use MyBB refer url and site:forumauthority.com in Google brings MyBB links i think others can help you with that.

And tags in your forum is broken in few posts as MyBB uses different code unlike Xenforo

thank you, I'll get around to fixing all that at some point, unfortunately, it would be a manual job. So I would need some spare time on my hands to try and get it all sorted as soon as possible, but rest assured it will be done.
 
I understand it is a tedious task, good that individual posts won’t be indexed. So you have lot of time to correct and work on fixing the tags
 
Thanks for the shout out @Twisted Sister I'll come through on some posts soon on forum authority. As for links in Google are you using myBB redirection scripts from the Xenforo 2 add-on section? I haven't checked but they should have redirection scripts you can download specifically for myBB. That way all your google links won't be dead but will be active. We'll talk over on discord soon.
 
@Twisted Sister I think the url is available with both non-www and www. I think it is good to have either www or non-www. Hope others give a detailed opinion on this.

And one more thing, users who use FA's banner in their signature have MyBB reference url. I think they need to update it.
