Your Forum Review
First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
I'm rather fond of your theme. The icons are pretty neat, and the banner has a certain charm in its simplicity. The color scheme is also light and easy on the eyes. Overall, your forum's appearance has eye appeal, professionalism, and simplicity all in one. That's not an easy thing to do. I applaud your forum's appearance.
As far as activity goes, things look a little less spectacular. I understand that your forum is very new, but the low total of posts and members still looks bad to prospective members. One good thing is that your board doesn't have any empty forums. This looks nice to prospective members. However, I would still recommend doing post exchanges to fill up your forums with more posts and increase your statistics. This will improve your forum's first impression with prospective members.
Overall, though, your forum looks pretty good at first glance.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Your forum has a pretty concise layout for a webmaster-type forum. There are still some awkward things about your layout, though, and I have a few suggestions that you may consider. As I've said in many reviews before, I'm not a big fan of categories with one or two forums. They just look strange in my opinion. Firstly, I would recommend making "FB Articles" a sub-forum under "Owning a Forum." You may also consider making "FB Interviews" a sub-forum under "Owning a Forum" since most of the interviews in that forum seem to relate to forum ownership. You may also consider making it a sub-forum under "Red Carpet." I would recommend moving "Showcase" to the top of your "Resource Center" category. Under the "Forum Support" category, you forgot IPB. Since you have created specific forums for several pieces of software, then you should keep it consistent and add IPB since IPB is one of the more widely used ones. I would also recommend making "Feedback" a regular forum in your top category instead of a sub-forum. It doesn't seem to fit with introductions very well. To fix the bottom category, you can make "Entertainment" a regular forum instead of a sub-forum, and you can also make a forum for technology. Since it's about forums, some people may want to discuss computers, other technological devices, and the internet in general. There are also some forums that you've released too soon in my opinion. I don't foresee much use of the exchange forum until your forum significantly increases in membership. I also don't foresee much use of the graphic forums. You can decide what to do with those forums, but I just don't foresee much use of them for the time being. Remember that you can always add forums as your membership increases. Cool new additions are always nice.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
According to my calculations, your forum currently receives about seventy posts per day, but you only have about sixteen posts for each member. The post to member ratio doesn't matter so much since you're still new. Your rate of posts per day isn't bad for your forum's age. You need to continue to promote so that you can maintain and even increase that level of activity. Be sure you're promoting very actively on other promotion forums. Promotion forums tend to draw some of the same members as others, so you can capitalize from that.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
You currently have three moderators and one administrator. One of your moderators is slightly inactive, but your other staff members are very active. Your staff members also seem to be creating a lot of content for users to discuss, and they're doing a pretty good job of welcoming new members for the most part. Encourage your marginally inactive staff member to be more active, and you'll have a wonderful staff.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Your descriptions are pretty good. They lack grammatical errors, and they thoroughly describe the forums. They're "short and sweet." I suppose you could add a little to some of them and it would be marginally helpful, but for the most part, your current descriptions are good.

Final Remarks: You're doing pretty well so far, but there's still room for improvement.
What was most liked about the website/forums: Your theme is excellent.
What was disliked most about the website/forums: There's nothing that's terrible about your forum. You could work a little bit on a few things like layout, making sure all your staff members are active, and promoting, but you're not doing anything badly so far. Just make sure to keep promoting; if you don't, things could start to decline.
