'Forum Cannot Be Found' MyBB- HELP!

Contact TopixCube and ask them why this is happening it could be an error.
 
Do you have a problem with it, or is it just me?
Plus I looked it up, and past problems have said to contact CreateBB....?

Yes, contact TopixCube. They might put you through support elsewhere though... but try them first.
 
It is more than likely an issue occurring on the side of your host.
Like others have stated, just contact them to resolve the matter.
 
The forum you are looking for cannot be found. It is possible that it was deleted, either due to a terms of service violation or due to inactivity.

That to me shows that they are not a good host to start your forum with. I would go with a more established host that has A) Been around for years and 2) That still is active and offers support.
