Forum cash donate?

I just installed this forum cash mod. http://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopi ... 0&t=543803

But there is no donate function for it.
Is it possible to add a donate function to my forum?
Or can someone come up with coding and instructions that could work?

The MOD author removed the Donate System to keep it as "lightweight" as possible, hence the name "Simple" points system. Fortunately Fowler managed to update the MOD whilst keeping the donate system still in place, which is why we still have it here.

I know Zynet used to have a copy of the MOD with the Donate feature still intact. Other then that I don't know if it's possible to code in the feature.

You could PM the MOD author and see if he / she still has an old copy of the MOD. Unlikely though.

I've heard great things about this cash/points MOD: http://phpbbmodders.net/board/viewtopic.php?f=37&t=2987

Which has donate and from what I can gather, is a bit more stable and feature-full than the Simple Points MOD.

Not to mention Handyman's cash MOD now also has donate but it is pretty buggy as well, at least last time I looked at it.
