First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
I like your theme a lot. The colour scheme is very nice. However, I think that you need a more unique and attractive banner instead of your current text-heavy one. Other than that, I think your theme is perfectly fine the way it is.
Your activity also looks pretty good. You have a decent amount of posts and members, and you don't have any empty forums.
My first impression of your forum was really good, and I don't say that very much.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Your layout is very concise and organized. You've made
excellent use of sub-forums to condense your index. This is probably the most organized forum layout I've seen on a general discussion forum since I've started doing reviews. Sub-forum layouts are really the only viable option for general discussion forums, and you've done it well. One suggestion for you, however, is to include an introduction forum in your top category. Firstly, that would make it more balanced (right now, it looks silly since your top category has two forums and your bottom has five). Secondly and most importantly, it is good for users to see an introduction forum right at the top of the forum. It makes your forum appear more friendly to new members. However, your layout is very nice.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
According to my calculations, your forum currently averages approximately twenty posts per day. You also have about fifty-eight posts for each of your fifty-one members. These statistics aren't terrible, but there is certainly room for improvement. I would recommend posting on other general discussion forums to advertise your forum in your signature. If you make friends on other general discussion forums, then they may be inclined to check out your forum. Also, you can utilize many of the services and information on Forum Promotion. There are tips posted on this forum to optimize your forum's search engine performance and promote yourself.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
You currently have one administrator and three moderators. For your activity level, you have more than enough staff members, and you definitely should not hire anymore. However, not all of your staff members are active. One of your staff members averages only four-fifths of a post per day. You should encourage your staff members to be active. Your staff members need to create content for your members to discuss. You also do not have an introduction forum as far as I can tell. It would be a very good idea to add one. New members feel more welcome when they're greeted by all the members.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Your forum descriptions are good. They are thorough and grammatically correct. However, I can spot a couple errors. Your descriptions are nearly perfect, but you may as well correct the few major errors I can spot quickly to make them even better. Wherever you have a sentence that starts with an "if" clause, you should put a comma after the "if" clause. For example, in one of your descriptions, you wrote, "If you can see the forum than you know what kind of topics are found in this area." You should add a comma so that it reads, "If you can see the forum
, [then] you know what kind of topics are found in this area." You also used "than" instead of "then." "Than" is used for comparisons (e.g. "you are younger
than I am," "three is less
than five") Also, you have some capitalization errors. You have capitalized the words "sports" and "games" in the middle of sentences unnecessarily. You should change the capital letters in those words to lowercase letters.
