Do you encourage clan like sub-communities on your forum? For instance, maybe all the tech oriented or webmaster people clan together and hang out? Or, do you try to get everyone to socialize?

Not really, no. I prefer members to try to hang out with everyone in general. Whether later they find one or two they really like and tend to chat here and there, that's something to decide later. But as long as they don't bring harm to the community, I don't think there is a problem with such clubs.

I LOVE CLUBS. :lol:

I find having clubs brings together the people of same interests and brings together more activity in those certain boards and what not. Usually they don't socialize out of other places anyway so you might as well bring together what you have to give them more ways to socialize with each other.

That, and it's super fun when you have a few big groups and can do contests with them. :lol:
