Notes?:

I want the forums overall look and appearance changed, to look more simple and more sleek.
I'd like the forum to look slightly more professional but easy to use, the theme needs to be changed or a new theme/skin needs to be made.

I want to keep the Affiliates and Chat widgets, please post here if you can redesign and code the forum. ^^

I'm afraid most would only do this for a real payment above $25, and you'd have to be on paid or free self hosting for us to receive full template access and be able to make you a theme.

Listen to me first. If you are trying to spend money on someone to edit or redo your website. I would first spend 9$ on a new domain name and some hosting. I personally think you will go farther with this. Google will love you more, as right now, Google does not.

I'm sticking to our current free forum host, because I don't know anything about hosts and I don't want to set one up right now.
I was looking for something more like the graphics being changed and being made to look more clean and simple. I believe it is possible?
But no money sadly, as of now I have no PayPal.

I agree, not only that but I would get rid of that login popup that follows you around. Very unnerving for any potential members.
