You have a nice theme and the layout is logical. The the only gripe I have is your rules... I seriously suggest you write up something much more solid than what you have there.
I really love your forum. I really have no negative complaints at all. Keep up the good work! I don't understand about rule writing, though, so I can't comment on that. Sorry. Otherwise it's a 100/100 from me.
