IBSkins, Sherri Jones to be specific is who created the custom theme for me meaning I own the theme. During the process she allows her clients to view the theme as it is being made, on her forum (http://www.ibskin.com/forums). And also leaves it there for portfolio/preview purposes. I have a lot of other stuff/apps on my actual forum which is why I used a preview from her forum because it gives a better preview of its default look on a forum.
You seem to have misunderstood what the policy states.
"Upon purchasing via SUBSCRIPTION or DIRECT PURPOSE"
It is Referring to customers who acquired access to all her pre made themes which are available to all for buy, by purchasing a subscription or customers who made a single purchase without subscription.
I BOUGHT A CUSTOM THEME. It's not pre made, it's not available for sale to others. I OWN THE RIGHTS TO THE THEME.
P.s while she was making the theme. I talked to sherri on the phone regularly, prior, during and after she was finished making the theme. I'm pretty sure I would know such information.

If you were interested in buying, you'd mention that to begin with and then ask to be sure. for example "Interested in buying. just to be sure do you have permission to re sell the theme?" and I would have answered. Your 2 replies from the start did not in any way indicate you wanted to buy, but rather seemed as if you were trying to call me out. Obviously you had no intentions to buy being you 'exited the thread'
I discontinued hosting on the forum so there is no live preview of the entire forum and its posts. I'd spend money to renew the hosting for a live preview of the actual and forum at its entirety but only if someone was serious about buying and really needed to view it because they didn't trust me or something. However I have screenshots or proof I guess, of the 5880+ members, 8000+posted graphic and design resources (PSDs, Renders, C4Ds, Photoshop files) and 2000+ posted GFX tutorials that I can share with you.
