Overview:
The aim of forum promotion is to help small forums get off the ground and become a success; however, forums can only do so when they are complete. A complete forum requires numerous graphical and coding endeavors; and that's where I hope to come in.
I can offer full forum designs to specific specifications for any forum system, as well as the normal graphics that people need for forum life such as signatures.
So why is this in the Marketplace? As another integral part of trying to make this service of the highest quality, for full forum designs, a PayPal sum would have to be agreed.
I have done commercial work before, and have had work published on Tutorial9 for 200$+, for an example, click this link. Link.

You may be wondering why I posted more than web designs? It's because I can do a wide variety of services for you, from the small to the large. Complex to the simple, different to the normal.

For good work, I will offer a very low price. In terms of FP, I'm fairly cheap so feel free to make fairly low offers there. I'm applying the same ethos for the PP cash too, I'll be very inexpensive there, from $10 - $50, depending on the amount of work, and quality you wish to have. Below in the spoiler is a price range to outline what I mean.
When paying, you can pick and mix as it were, if you don't have enough FPs of PP cash.

[b]Size:[/b] In pixels please, this is very important.
[b]Colour Scheme:[/b] Blue, red, green. Grey and blue. This is also very important.
[b]Suggested Price:[/b] Depending on what you're requesting, in FP or PP cash.

$11-20$ - This will be of a higher standard, with more experimentation and the possibility of more than one concept.
$21-$35 - These designs will be of a much higher standard and will be open to designing other pages as well as the main one, and special features.
$35+ - From here it's more the complete forum package, smileys, UBBCs, posting icons, all within reason.
