Didn't mean them but just said that in an effort for you to approve or let the comments stay due them being positive and in return having a backlink to there site from your blog.
It works like: Making a good comment so it doesn't look spammy, which the above comments don't look like (spam like) ... And having a link to your site in their name. And the main goal is for that comment to stay so the backlink counts.
Of course this is all just my impression, those two comments don't just seem right...
