I really don't find forum games "fun".
Besides, we all know what it really is.
An excuse to bump up the forums stats/your post count.
No one could possibly "have fun" by posting "3" in those count to 1,000 things...
Am I the only one who feels this way?
I agree. 🙂 The only one that interests me is the last person to post but that gets boring sometimes. I don't think much of those counting games. It's just like Maths in school. :lol:
LOL The last person to post wins is the board game I usually get the less. I like counting up/dow because you can actually have a winner. The <^> person I enjoy ita lot because you can have talks and get to know other members fast.
But yes, I think they are spammy, but I never thought to have them to get cheap forum statitics, hahah, it hadn't occur to me. I agree it is true, though. Hahahah.
Exactly how I feel. I don't really like forum games either, in fact, I usually don't go to those sections on other forums, but I know that some members do like them, so like everyone else, I just disable post count and then leave it at that.
I never really got why they disable members from raising their post count by posting in forum games. I mean it's one thing if your forum stats didn't reflect the forum games but it does. You give yourself(the board you own) a boost in stats while not giving that same reward to your memberbase. I never quite got that one especially from the people who say stats are meaningless while they put those things on their board and get a post boost whenever someone posts in there. XD
