After 2 weeks creating my forum.
It's still quiet as shit.
I can't get members.
I did my best.
Still no one is coming or doing anything.
Can you help me guys?

You need to be patient. You will get members eventually but 2 weeks is no time at all. We struggled quite a bit when we started FP but after years of hard work and promoting and completing post exchanges, look what we have achieved. Forums don't become active in weeks, usually months and sometime years.

The best thing you can do is keep promoting and complete some post exchanges. That will not only make your forum look more active to potential members but it also may lead to the personal exchanging with you to stay active on your site.

Mr. Blue, I think you should take into consideration what FP has to offer with all our great services people will post for you,
Which will somewhat bring in google bots which then will be bring in searchers which could lead to new members!

Bots such as Google bots and other search bots do help. What they do is explore your forum and index the pages, topics and forums of your forum and adds it to that search engines search index so when a user uses Google for example, you site will show up in the results (f course only if your site is relevant to what the user was searching).
