Do you mean to get actual forum software and hosting? http://sitefrost.com is a post to host.

I'd recommend getting free or paid hosting rather than going through a forum hosting site. With a forum hosting site there are a lot of restrictions in place that prevent you from having full access over your site.

I agree. I would recommend actually paying for hosting as well, you get what you pay for. if you don't pay for your hosting, the servers are probably unreliable.. I use hostgator, it's cheap and has 99.9% uptime 😀
