Forum Hour has a Custom Theme

Forum Hour now has a custom theme. Thanks to Andraž Rihtar for designing it. You can read the annoucement here! I hope you all like it. 🙂

I like it. It's light and white and blue always go together. Great work.

P.S for those that can't see it, you may have to change it in your User CP.
