I an not looking to sell Forum Hour anywhere in the near future, I'm just really curious to see how much I theoretically could for the domain and the forum right now. 🙂

$25 maybe for the site, it's a nice forum but still growing and very new.

Aside from the domain, the biggest selling point you've got for the forum is if you included the "top poster of the hour" script that is custom to your site. Probably the most unique thing I've seen on a promotion forum in a long time. With that, the domain and the database included, I'd say it would easily bring $50 as Shady said though could bring more if you find the right person really interested in developing it further.

Nah, just playing.
It is an awesome forum and it is growing fast. However, after running GeekPath I found that even with a site growing surprisingly fast, it can die in an instant at the same time.
I don't think that will happen anytime soon with FH, but I'll be cautious with my appraisal.
As it stands, $40-60.
However, if it continues to grow like it has then it will easily be worth a couple hundred as an investment for a webmaster in the future.

I know you no longer own it but I'd say now it's worth the same as you sold it for. It's less active but has an awesome custom theme.
