Tried the plugin link here..
Same problem

Did you try to disable the anti-spam plugins? I read on another site that you may need to CHMOD the forumsicons folder to 777. Which, based on your error, it looks like that is what is occurring.

However, if it worked before, the anti-spam plugins may be interfering with your forum icons plugin. It also looks like MyBB is having trouble accessing your forums directory as well as your index page.

See if this may help: http://docs.mybb.com/CHMOD_Files.html

Which anti spam..I have installed at least 3 of them I will try to chmod the folder..
But I didn't do anything to change it

Chmod is not working so as deactivating all the anti spam plugins

I don't think the problem is in the plugin itself as u can see the forum icons appear on the index..but the problem is I can't change it for each forum cause u can't access forum icon tab

But when I try to access the forum icon tab

I followed it
And I made it work
But it's very annoying making this through FTP everytime

The only thing you have to do through FTP is upload the images with their own ID. For each new forum you make, upload another image. Doesn't take long at all, and it saves using a plugin.
