Yeah, but for what usage? If you want to use the icons here and there in links, text etc. you should be looking at Font Awesome. If you want icons to indicate whether a forum has unread threads, then the approach is different from forum software to forum software. If you want just a couple of icons to display on set places of your forum, then that's a different thing again.
I want to be able to add different icons to my forums...like how they are here. An icon for my Announcements forum, General/Off-Topic forum, etc...
I am referring to the icon that is displayed to the left of the forum on the forum's main index/homepage. Hope I make sense lol
The icons you are referring to are commonly known as node icons. They are often custom created but if you Google 'node icons' you might find something free to use that meets your needs.
The technical steps required to change the icons will depend on the software in use but I'm sure somebody here can talk you through the process once we know which software you are using.
