Okay I just upgraded to the latest version of mybb and ended up with a load of things gone wrong. One of them is that my custom mod tool which sends threads to the bin doesn't work. It tells me that I'm trying to send it to a category and I'm going to practically go insane if I can't get it fixed soon.

Have you tried disabling/un-installing and enabling/reinstalling it?

You might have to contact the plugin author.

One that developed some of my forum's custom stuff had to send me fixes because it caused issues with the latest version.

As far as i know, MyBB changed nothing that deals with Forums/categories in their new version. So, the problem is surely with the plugin.

Make sure the settings are correct (pointing to the correct forum ID).

Oops! missed that part. Ok, just make sure whether the settings points to the correct forum as before. If yes, then report it to MyBB team so that they can take a look into it.

Oh I'm sorry. We have a custom admin tool on mine, but it's created as a plugin.

So I was going along the assumption you have something similar.
