Yes, that's right. I have changed Forum Lair to a totally new software. Previously it was vBulletin, but considering it is only allowed on one board I have decided to use the license on another project so Forum Lair is now running on phpBB 3.
I have the Absolution style currently set as default. If you browse through the FL forums now, you will see we have taken out the Packages, Button Ads and Banner Advertisement service. This is because we are taking a more professional approach towards forum promotion and advertisement. We allow you to promote your forum now by making a thread, and have made a seperate forum for each of the boards software. We might in the future allow Banner Ads and this will be posted here on FP and in our News forum when and if we do.
I have added several more forums including a Coding forum for admins to discuss PHP, HTML/CSS, a Gaming forum for all the gamers to discuss latest games and gaming news and also a Forum Games forum where the community can play some fun forum games.

We will also be looking for 'Global Staff' members in which all members of this group will be able to edit, delete, close, sticky and move threads. There will be other requirements, but they are the basic needs.
