Is it a lifetime license on IPB or just a yearly one?

GamerCafe is my forum and he was meant to be helping out, now he's banned and i have no idea why. Sigh. Please don't let this hinder anyone from joining GameCafe.

The guy helping me out was giving it away, i don't much much information on it. I'll let everyone know whats happening with it once i find out why he is banned.
