There are not many things we can do to appreciate your help, but we do offer some perks below. We are working on adding more options, so check back often and feel free to send in your suggestions! We do require staff members to use Slack to keep informed of anything going on in FP.
  1. Unlimited conversation/PM limit. You automatically got this upgrade on promotion; congratulations!
  2. Free username change. If you want to use this bonus, you can change it on your managing account page. Try not to do it more than once a month to avoid confusion.
  3. Free custom title/rank. If you want to use this bonus, you can change it on your managing account page. There is no limit to how often you want to change it.

You can read a little about 'Why work for Forum Promotion' here!

Below are the teams listed with any requirements and additional information for each team. To apply for a position, fill out this form, https://forumpromotion.net/form/forum-promotion-staff-applications.9/select

If the above describes you, then we want to hear from you! Please note, due to the high number of applications we receive, it may not be possible to offer all members a role immediately. We have a hold pool and will contact you when a CTM vacancy arises. The Package Team:

As a package team member, you will be required to complete posting packages on other members' forums and blogs when they are requested. It is expected that you have good grammar and are able to make excellent-quality posts on package requests. Before you apply please be sure you have the time to commit and pull your own weight.

Perks:
Being a Package Team Member also entitles you to payment based on your package completion. You can earn 0.14 US$ per topic and 0.10 US$ per post/comment which will be sent out through your PayPal account.

In lieu of getting paid by US$, we are also willing to pay via our forum currency FP$ at the following rates
Per Post: 30FP$
Per Topic: 35FP$
Per Comment: 30FP$

FP$ will be paid monthly.

Requirements:
You must be registered on Forum Promotion for at least one month.
You must have at least 50 posts.
You must not have received any official warnings in the past 6 months.
Good grammar and spelling are a requirement, with the ability to communicate effectively with high-quality content.
If you are wanting to get paid via USD, you will need to have a PayPal account. PayPal is the only way we use to make payments.
Being added to Slack is mandatory. Staff is willing to help if you have any problems downloading Slack (which can be used in the Browser) or how to navigate the system.

Graphics Team:

The GT is looking for those who have talent and the desire to volunteer their time and skills to create in-house graphics for FP. We will not be creating graphics for members or their sites at this time.

To qualify you must meet the following:

  • You must have been a member of Forum Promotion for 60 days
  • You must have made at least 50 posts on Forum Promotion
  • You must not have received a Warning in the past 60 days
  • You must have some artistic talent even if you did not have an educational background in graphics (experience over education counts!)
  • You must be willing to sign up on Slack (can do so through your browser) for security purposes if you get locked out of your account on FP
  • You must be able to take direction from @meetdilip and follow through on suggestions or corrections
  • You must be willing to sign a legal and binding contract agreeing that Forum Promotion retains the copyright of all graphics you create, even if you quit or get fired

Your duties as a Graphics Team Member:

  • You will be revamping some of the graphics that are outdated (not the site logo; we love that!)
  • Your work will be a volunteer
  • You will work as a team to come up with ideas, be chosen by the Admins/TLs once your sample is approved, and provide a final image that meets the deadline
  • Some of the graphics to be done will be images for events, social media, and banner ads, as well as revamping existing images for other FP Teams

Why should you offer to work for free (for the most part) for Forum Promotion on the Graphics Team?

  • Even though you cannot claim the copyright for the works you create (see above contract agreement requirement), you will still be able to put the graphics into your portfolio so that you can acquire more clients and paid opportunities
  • If you're new to the design world but have the talent, you'll be working with other graphic artists who can assist in furthering your skills not only in design but in using various software programs

Marketing Team:

The Marketing Team is hiring! As we continue working to build an array of services through our Social Promotion Services, we're seeking an additional Marketing Team Member (MTM) or two to join our team!

  • Providing a review type service/audit of users' Marketing Activities (using provided tools and training);

  • Running our extended Social Promotion services. Whilst we cannot publicly say what these are, we assure you they're very exciting!
