Hello! Follow these steps:

UCP > Usergroups > Memberships > Bold Username > Select > Change Default Group:

Go to your User Control Panel & go to "User Groups". From there, select the little round button next to "Bold Username" and then at the bottom, click "Change Default Group" and there you go!

Also, can you provide information such as which browser you are using, if it's on its most current update, any plug ins enabled in that browser, etc.

There's actually a chance it's a plug in or something on a browser. Can you post here or PM me what browser and what plug ins you have enabled?
