Put it this way imagine you create a forum and somebody else create a forum with the same name, 75% of the forum names the same.. The other 25% being called slightly different, Forum descriptions being copied down to the exact grammar errors

Then imagine that copied site going on to the site they blatantly copied an starting promoting to nick their members.
