Here is a resource pack that I have made for people who have forums and are looking for some forum rank buttons.

This has not been posted anywhere only for this site, I just made 5 minutes ago.

are these for phpBB only or can they be used on any other forum software?

I assume they can be used for any software and seeing as you've got VB id say you'd want them for VB. It's just the matter of size/color variations you want.
