First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
You have made some major changes to your site from when it was last reviewed, new theme, some posts, professional banner(from Shaboopie), and better forum arrangement. I really liked the site and what made me like it more it gave me the feel of IP.Board as your theme felt so more professional and better laid out. One thing that disappointed me is that the links on your navigation bar/main menu are more of a red and your banner has an orange in it, perhaps changing the red to orange to make that extra touch. Also on your header I noticed you had the bookmark, Twitter, & Facebook images but they are not all the same size perhaps re-sizing them and placing them somewhere else because I think it is one of the worst places to be placed. Perhaps add it to your footer as it should be your forum getting most attention not your social pages. I also quite liked some of your graphics that were implented on your theme although I think you should replace your forum post icons such as no new posts, new posts, locked to something better and colourful. Although the theme is better than last time and has improved A lot still some things you could tweak.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
When I first saw your site I saw you had placed ads for some revenue and that is okay but personally you should remove the footer ad as there are likely chances that you can gain more with header links than footer links. One thing that you haven't changed since last time was the side bar, yes it has improved a bit but I don't know why you cannnot place statistics below as say you have 100 members online it is going to be displaying in quite an awful way and deleting your quick statistics too. I think also having a disable feature to hide your side bar would be good as some members aren't keen on side bars. I quite liked the way that you have split the category and forums into although there should be more gaming forums than general discussion. Let's start off with Off-Topic category, you should move, Forum Games, Youtube Corner and International Off-Topic to General Off-Topic. Then you have three forums based in the Off-Topic category, although this is no biggy but I personally would move SYE Market to Off-Topic and sub Graphics Market, General Marketplace, and add a few more such as Games Marketplace, Forums/Website Marketplace. I would expect you to have a gaming category as yoiu mostly relate around games. If you have a good reason why not to create one then don't but if you feel it is needed like I do I would add General Gaming Discussion, Gaming Review, Console Discussion, Developement Corner, and you could probably think of more. Below your categories and forums I see you have Recent Articles and you should either remove them too the sidebar or featured in your footer, were you have Cash Shop, Community Forums, Submit an Article. I also like the way you have laid out your affiliates images.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Considering you haven't fully released you seem to be doing fine as it is hard to discuss things with the lack of gaming categories not in place. Also I noticed that there were 8 guests not including me that were viewing and three bots viewing the forum at the same time and I honestly think you need a way to bribe those guests in such as free cash when they register, or something unique that your forums offers. Although your doing pretty good considering you have got off to a slow start but have picked up.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
I see that you have three administrators and one moderator out of thirty members and that is slightly over staffed. I would limit your staff to one Administrator and one moderator(which you have) and making the other two staff members either VIP or they become members and add them in the future when you pass either 10,000 posts and quite active or when you pass 100 members and atleast 45+ more log on each day. Although every single member of your staff seem to be doing a fine job and get along with members very well.

What was most liked about the website/forums: Honestly there was a lot I liked but I liked the theme and banner the best.
What was disliked most about the website/forums: Having no gaming forums as you basically relate around gaming.
How could I get you (The Reviewer) to join my website? Improve on some of the minor things and I might but I am not much of a gamer.
