First Impressions & Appearance
The image in the header looks sweet. It makes me want to try this game out. It also makes me want to see the rest of your forum as this seems pretty cool. Your banner is cool as well, and I like how each word is a different flag (which is like the real Homefront logo).The theme is boring though. It has way too much gray and nothing to make me want to keep looking at your forum. The Forum Stats are way too big and look messy. Try to make it smaller if possible. Most people don’t care enough about those to make it the biggest and most noticeable thing on your board index. The forum images are great and they match your banner. The one problem I notice with them is that there’s no difference between a forum with no new posts and a locked forum. Why is the Keyword Cloud in the footer? Is that really needed? I don’t feel like it serves any purpose and just makes the index a little bit longer and takes longer to load. Plus, it just looks messy. I didn’t notice it was MyBB until I saw in the footer. I personally don’t like MYBB forums because of how they look, but this one is almost impossible to tell it’s MyBB from the index. Good job disguising that, it will help draw in potential members who don’t like MyBB’s look.

Site Layout
The layout is great. I like how you put the most important stuff as close to the top as possible to attract more attention to it. I don’t like is the order of your sub forums in the Homefront Discussion section. Since each forum has sub forums with the same names, try to keep them in the same order for each forum to make it easier on your members. The less change the better as most people don’t really like change. Also, with your sub forums, do you really need to have “Homefront” at the beginning of each one’s name? I don’t feel you do as it’s pretty obvious it’s about Homefront.

Statistics and Activity
Your forum has been open for 121 days. You have 288 members, 331 threads, and 2397 posts. That means you are averaging 2.38 new members per day, 2.74 threads, and 19.8 posts per day. That’s not bad, but try getting more threads going to try and get more discussion. Each member is averaging 1.45 threads and 8.32 posts. It seems as though most of your members would rather reply to threads than making their own. Try to make a contest of some sort for creating threads. Your current giveaway of a copy of Homefront is great and should bring in more members. Some will just make their 5 posts to enter and never come back, but others will stick around. Most of your sections have gotten at least 1 post over the last 2 days, but a couple are a little behind. Seeing as those aren’t really what your forum is about, it’s not as big of a deal though.

Staff Moderation
You have 2 Admins and 1 Super Moderator. That’s a good amount of staff for now. That’s 1 staff member every 96 members, and you guys seem to be handling everything fine now. If your members were more active, I’d say get at least 1 more staff member because having one staff member for every 100 members can get a little hectic when your forum is a lot more active, but it can be done. You have 577 posts, your other admin has 161 posts, and your super mod has 53 posts. That’s 771 posts between the 3 of you which is about 32% of your forum’s total posts. You are posting a lot, but if your other staff posted a lot more as well, I think you guys would start getting more activity going. Try getting your other staff to make more topics.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
I don’t see any problem’s with spelling/grammar in your forum, but I think you need forum descriptions. Not having forum descriptions makes it look like you’re lazy and don’t care that much about your forum, but I can tell you do. Just spend some time coming up with descriptions and then putting them on. It will make your forum look a lot more professional.
