First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
Your front page is intimidating. You've got tons of images everywhere to the point where none of them are even effective, not a good first impression. Your skin itself is generic. Sure, you've got the Wii icons on the front page, but beyond that, it's the default IPB 1.3 icons for the most part. Even some of the custom buttons, such as Reply, fit your forum well. One thing you do need a compliment on is your rank system. It integrates nicely and fits in well on your forum. Your banner is also nice. What would I suggest? Either do more customization on your skin, or drop your current one and find a new one. Sorry, the look just wasn't good to me.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
OK, I have a fairly large monitor with a very good resolution, keep this mind when I say this next sentence. On your forum index, I had to scroll down to get to the actual forum. You know you've got it too cluttered when that happens. What's the problem? The registration message is too large, when I'm on a forum, I want a quick overview of its features, not a huge block of text. Second, to help unclutter, those Site and Wiki banners aren't needed. It would make the index page smaller if you turned those into small links with no image. Besides, those banners don't even go along with the theme of your forum. Thankfully everything once on the actual forum was alright, and since it was close to the default, obviously worked. (But I still don't like it being close to default.)

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Your activity is just, well, not good. You have about 5K posts, which is not that good for nearly a year of your forum being opened. 86 members isn't bad, but post count and content is more important than member count. Thankfully most of your forums have had posts posted in the last 1 or 2 days in them. I'm glad you've chosen to advertise on places like ForumPromotion, your forum could use it.

OK, really not much to judge you on here. You are the admin and you have a global mod, which is always helpful. So, therefore, that's fine for a forum your age, and 2 seems like the perfect amount of staff.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Regarding Spelling/Grammar, here are the errors I noticed:
"All Official Forum News & Topics requiring Feedback are in here!" should be, "All official forum news & topics requiring feedback are in here!"
"Talk about the Wii & all it's Games!" should be, "Talk about the Wii & all its games!"
"Talk all about Nintendo's Favorite little Duel Screen system!" should be, "Talk all about Nintendo's favorite little dual screen system!"
"Old School Nintendo of all shapes and sizes." should be, "Old school Nintendo of all shapes and sizes should be discussed here."
"Talk about Pokémon & Pokémon Gaming from every Generation." should be, "Talk about Pokémon & Pokémon gaming from every generation."
"Talk about non Nintendo related topics!" should be, "Talk about non-Nintendo related topics!"
"Talk about None Nintendo Gaming, Television, Movies, Music or any other kind of Entertainment you can think of." should be, "Talk about [not quite sure what you meant by None Nintendo Gaming], television, movies, music, or any other kind of entertainment you can think of."
"Post Graphics, Writings or anything you want for all your creative and artistic fun!" should be, "Post graphics, writings, or anything you want for all your creative and artistic fun!"
"Place Advertisements in here! (Guest Friendly)" should be, "Place advertisements in here! (Guest Friendly)"
Moving onto professionalism, your forum does not seem professional at all. Tons of spelling errors were noticed, the skin is bland and generic, and the index page is really cluttered. I'd fix those and then your score would improve.
