First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
Well first off, when I open up the forum, I notice it has no forum name. You can edit this in Phpbb's main settings. Adding the site name will give your forum better SEO and a better look. Anyways, I see you are using my personal favorite theme, Reds, and you decked it out very nice from it's original state. I really like the logo and how it stands out well when I visit the forum.
The red over on the forums when I go to click on a title is a little annoying as it goes red, thus making it hard on the eyes. Other than those few things, the main 'front' of the forum looks great!

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Well I notice the Match Day forum right there. That is such a nice addition and I congratulate on that. I would in the future look for a possible way to take it out of a forum. It does look good having it as a discussion topic, although if you just wish to announce it the Announcement Centre mod may look better.
I like the images, they go well with the forums and match the theme very nicley. I do say though, you have a large lack of forums, I would suggest more because it seems the biggest part of your forum is the general discussions parts. If you want your forum to have a bright future, add more relevant forums for us, the users, to post in.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Noticing the date of your forum, your activity is way down. Only 532 posts and 40 members, out of a month I would expect at least 1 k posts. Try get your existing members to post more. Maybe hold a contest where users may win tickets or something..? I would also suggest your promote a bit more, this will help get more guests who will become possible members.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
I notice all posts seem to look great. I notice all posts do not contain spam and I see no user with the name of 00987ff (Spam Bots) on your forum. I am glad you have kept everything well moderated. I do not see the need for any active mod, I would wait until your post count rises.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Well these forums are in all caps: "UNITED" and "TRANSFERS". I would decap them to make watching the forum easier. It just seems too intrusive. The forum "Hi There Come On In....... Grab A Seat" should be revised to say "Hi there, come on in! Grab A Seat!" all the dots looks like you trailed off somewhere while making your forum. The "UNITED" forum says "The place for all things United. " I would like a little more description so I would know what it is about.
I would revise the guest forum description from "We would of course prefer you to register and start posting to help build our community straight away. " to "We would, of course, prefer you to register and start posting to build up our community." Otherwise, everything looks good.

A great forum, and with some work, may become a very great forum. I would stick with it and make sure you get it where you want it to be.
What was most liked about the website/forums:
I loved the customized theme, it matches your forum very good, the logo also greets me with the theme very well. I would capitalize on these aspects as they highlite your forum.
What was disliked most about the website/forums:
The "ALL CAPS" forum names and some of the poor description. Adding more will help out a lot.
