First Impressions & Appearance
It’s a bit to grey for my liking it just makes the forum very dull at the time, and I know from what I have heard about this forum that it is not dull at all. I do not like the menu bar at the top of forum page, I think the banner would suit being on top of the menu bar. I think that the banner could be a bit more creative, instead of just the wording of the title of the forum, you should maybe next time get a nice looking banner when you do your next update. I don’t think the shoutbox should be visible to guests or be just in above the actual forum, maybe it should not be on the forum homepage at all. However I do like your logo it is simple and suits the theme of your forum, however having the logo and the banner, looks like you saying the same thing over and over again and just gives an impression of repition maybe an image for your banner would be good instead. I think the skin is just one of the boring premade skin you get when you make a forum and there looks like there is no customization at all on your forum, and I would really love to see some.

Site Layout
You have 9 boards which is perfect for your forum and its theme, your layout is really good and there is only you thing I don't understand why you hide your introductions board from your guests as a lot of new members are quite comfortable with introduction boards as they break the ice, and not being visable to guests might not want them to register. I have to say I really like your layout and there is not that much I can say about it, you have the right amount of boards and most of your boards have a good amount of posts as well, maybe you could post a bit more topics in the faith board, otherwise you have done a good job in this section.

Statistics and Activity
10,744 posts,73 members. These statistics are very good for a forum being open 16 days and I am really impressed, it means that a lot of your members have a good amount of posts and you are advertising well, and you have a loyal and strong member base. You have to remember to keep up the posting and making interesting topics and keep the flow of discussion going as well, I saw that you have a member referral competition going on and this is really good, but unfortunately no one won the competition and I would still keep trying the competition as it is a good idea and you have a good prize available to the winners. Going through your member list was really inspiring for me I saw lots of members with over 50 posts and very few members had less than 10. Keep up the good work is all I can say here.

Staff Moderation
You have 4 staff members 2 admin and 2 moderator, do you really need the two admins and two moderator, I think the perfect amount of staff would be one admin and one moderator at this time, I know that you have been having difficulty with members and outside people, and they have been attacking your forum, but I still think there is too much staff. All your staff have large post counts, however some of your posts are not very professional, some are only one word posts and this is quite disappointing, there is no spam or hateful material lying around the forum except for one or two posts made by an anonymous poster and he/she seems to be giving out personal details. I would get this sorted out as this is not acceptable. This was happening when two of your staff were online.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
Spelling and grammar is perfect on your descriptions and also your staff members spelling and grammar is good around the forum. However you staff are not that professional in their posts especially one admin which I expect them to be as they are the leaders of the forum and should set an example to other members. Your rules seem to be fine and lay out what is right and what isn’t.
