Pros:
- I'm loving those icons. They're so simple but good to look at. They have a glossy quality to them. They all go with the forum they represent. I would definitely keep those. They're a unique feature and really look nice.
- The awards feature is pretty neat. I like the concept. It gives people a sense of accomplishment. At the same time, it gives people more reason to stay on your forum.
- You're not really overstaffed right now, but I wouldn't hire anyone else. Your staff, though, does seem to do a good job. All of them are active and seem to act professional.
- This is really rare for a forum. I did not notice any serious grammatical or spelling errors in your board descriptions. That's really good, and shows members your professionalism.
Cons:
- Seriously, could you HAVE any more forums?! Golly, your layout is so confusing. You've got 22 forums on the index, not to mention all sorts of subforums all over the place. You really need to condense some forums, and try to get to 20 forums in total, INCLUDING subforums. As it is now, it makes you look less active, and makes your entire forum more confusing.
- Your skin is pretty much the default myBB style. That's sort of boring. Couldn't you get a more original skin? Something glossy to match those icons would be really nice.
- Your banner is just sort of meh. The blur effect is overdone. The color is like all the same, and it has no images on it whatsoever. Maybe you could sharpen it and add some elements.
Final/General Thoughts: Very nice forum, but very confusing.
