First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
Hmm the banner sticks out, in a bad way. It looks too big, but put in a small pixel area. I just see a corner of the banner and it really turns me off. Other than that it looks pretty neat. It has a really nice Mybb theme and looks great and user friendly. One improvement I suggest is the topic icons. They all say old on them and it makes me think the forum is dead or not as active as other forums. I would change it to something simpler, maybe like "No new" perhaps?
I like the theme selector, it looks really nice and simple. You can change colors of the theme and change the theme overall. I also like the big text. It just works with your forum. The text color is some shade of white that fits in with black very nicely and almost looks like an image. It is really cool. however, on the first arrival, it makes me think that it is just another game forum. It is just another one. That feeling. Change it, make a difference! Make your forums look good and offer something cool. Hardwork pays off so try and intergrate it with some kind of gaming platform. That would offer some really cool ideas.
I would fill up all of the forums with posts. The word Never on the forums doesn't look so good. One topic per forum will get rid of it completly and is a fast, simple and effective change to your forum

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
I think you need to mix it up a bit. Start with the main content, (Gaming) and work down. Go from Gaming < General < Site Related
It is an interesting little change. there is a MOD for Mybb that allows a different forum layout for registered and guests. I would use that and reverse the order that I posted above, that way, the members can get to the true content of the site and not have to scroll pass updates. Face it, the board isn't updated reguarly, and the reason a member joined is most likely because of the genera so serve the content they want, then get to the fun off topic room
🙂
I would put "general gaming discussion" as the first in that category as it will probably be the most used and isn't hardware/software specific. I would also make the Graphics Posting forum a forum for gaming, where members can post images they have made for games or systems. Then maybe add an off topic area for just graphics.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
What is see is that you (the admin) is active. That is the best thing you can do. I won't be nitpicking how many posts you have if you stay with it. The post count doesn't matter if you care about the forum. It is a proven fact that the reasons most forums close is because of inactivity because the admin doesn't care for it, the admin can't be bothered with it, so he/she closes it, or they just take the domain down.
ANYWAYS you have some pretty decent activity at this point. though I would consider buying posting packages, doing exchanges or buying posts. This can be broadcaster over a couple of promotion forums advertised here. Doing multiple exchanges on multiple forums will surely bump your activity. Remember these when working "Hard work is always payed off" and "Good things come to those who wait".
However, try and make the members you have post by throwing some sort of contest to get them wanting to post or introduce new sections.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
The forum is pretty well moderated. I can't go too heavy on this section simply because there is nothing to moderate.
You are online at pretty extent periods of time, which is very good moderation. You do also post replies to almost every topic, which is a plus. You are the only member on staff at your board and that is how it should stay for a while. Gaming forums never really get out of control, and if it does, the time your online should be sufficient.
Your posts are nice and long and you make sure the boards are clean. I give you credit there. Good job

I think your posts should have a little more content. Just make long posts and take time writing replies. I know it is a gaming forum but all Admins should have a good sense of professionalism in running the board and in their posts.
Otherwise, the boards look pretty well written, some more descriptive words could be used in them and maybe a few references from a gaming theme.
