First Impressions & Appearance
The first thing that makes an impression on me is that your site loads very slow for me. As you have many images on your first page I would suggest you look at the size of these images and work on minimising the file sizes.
I really like your theme, but I do find the bright orange used in the borders a little too strong for my liking. Apart from that your design really is nice. It gives your forum a warming, welcoming feel. The logo is really well thought out, you should be proud of it!
I do find it a shame that your top of the forum is so big that I have to scroll down before I can see the actual forum, maybe you can look into changing this.

Site Layout
Your forum layout works really well, there is only one change I would make, which is to make the Games reviews a subboard of General Gaming. It doesn't have many posts and doesn't seem very active.
You may want to look at putting the suggestions board as a subboard to the announcements board, but I do feel it works very well as it is.
I do find the board descriptions a little too short. This may be because I am using a wide screen and your forum is of fluid width.

You have been open 6 months and have an average of 166 posts a month. This really isn't much considering how long your forum has been open. Also considering you have an average of 60 posts a member your activity really needs to be worked on. I can understand that it is a difficult niche as there are many gaming forums around. My tips are to work on providing something unique, maybe focus on the gaming discussion, perhaps with interviews with gamers or such. Or, focus on gaming reviews, providing unique content. You need something that is going to keep your members coming back.

Staff Moderation
I don't see any spam on your boards which is always a good sign. You yourself have over a 1/5 of the posts on your forum which shows a good active admin. Your moderator also has a large amount of posts. I would actually suggest getting one more moderator. Your forum has a decent amount of posts now and it will be good to get fresh blood in to spark more conversation.
Your staff seem involved in the community which is a good thing!

Your grammar, spelling and professionalism as staff is really good. I can't find any faults anywhere. Even your members have really good spelling and grammar. I have nothing to say here apart from keep it up!
