I thought about opening up a part time services site I would work on. I have not thought of which software to use for it yet so thoughts on this would be helpful. Also what services I should provide? I already thought up of a few (list below) and I also need the prices of them.

Also I already got a name for it and domain.

Services

1. Converting (Converting your forum software to another)
2. Modifications (Installing any kind of modification needed)
3. Installing (Installing your software for you)
4. Themes (Installing your theme for you)
5. Merging (Merging databases for you)
6. Settings & Setup (Any settings and forum & catagory setup support)

$5 for conversions.
$2 for mods.
$5 for installations.
$1 for themes.
$5 for merges.
$2 for setup.

Gotta make this pretty darn cheap otherwise people won't be interested. Also, you could have them pay with forum currency if you want, say like this:
10 posts=$1 IRL money.

Good luck.

Maybe you could do a marketing service too?

What do you mean by a marketing service? Like having a place where people can buy and resell stuff like eBay?

Still need some ideas for the site I am about to make. Also a software suggested like: Billing software, ticket support type of software I am looking for.

I would go with IP.Board with the IP.Nexus addition. It is a pretty powerful combo and has all the features of, say WHMCS, but with a forum.
