First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
I've been carefully studying your site the past day or so, after I claimed the review, and I noticed the default theme changed at least two times, and now, you don't even have a banner, it just says " LOGO HERE ".
That's not what you want people to say. When you're doing maintenance on your site, if you're adding new skins, new whatever, and it will cause the board to look poor, then you need to shut it off temporarily, to do that work, then turn it back on. Nothing worse than a " YOUR LOGO HERE " banner on a forum someone clicks onto for the first time. Think of your site as an aspiring employee and the people you want to go to your site to be the job interviewer, there's nothing worse than them coming and seeing that your name is " Your name here please "
I know it's corny, but it's the best way to explain it.
The skin is pretty nice, onto another thing, I like the glossy and curved edges, and how it's round, and professional looking, not all gaming skin like what some new promotion forums are doing. Good job with the skin.
You're doing pretty good in this category, just make sure to fix that banner, and when you do maintenance, put your site in maintenance mode, so only you and your staff can log in, and maybe get some more posts in some areas, which lack.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Not looking too bad at all..
The first category is perfect, just " News, Feedback, Intros " which is all you need, perfect.
Second category, your services, are good, but I don't get the point of one area for posting package and the other for a topic package.. it seems you just did that to make it look like you have another service or something.. not a good call with that, just make a topics only package in the package requests area, as an option.
Third category is fine and dandy, good discussion boards.
Service free area,for general chat is all good, but I do think you should delete that Malware support board, there's no need for a separate board for that, that may only be posted in maybe once a month... just delete that and redirect malware discussions to the regular computer board.
Overall, you've got a good layout, and I only noticed some problems.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Forums been open about a month now, you've got yourself a total posts of about 1800, and a total members of 115, great job so far, the board is doing well, good amount of registered members, and posts, keep up the promotion, and keep up the good work.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
First off, when I was monitoring around your site, I noticed that a lot of your staff don't really welcome members all the time, like they should be doing, and a lot of times, they are a little poor in their services, you need to have a statutory requirement on how long reviews should be, for example, the size of your reviews are so small it's crazy..
Also, I notice you used almost the same colors [usergroup colors ] everywhere that FP uses, which just makes your site look like a carbon copy of us, which I can tell it isn't, but a lot of people aren't going to like that, for example, I'd not like it if I saw the same exact usergroup color everywhere.
I notice you have way too many Admins also, like I say, too many chiefs, not enough Indians, you have 1 package team, 1 review team, and 3 admin, which is absolutely ridiculous for such a small, new board, especially when other services only have 1 person..

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Your site has all correct spelling, and you are professional in the design.
However, I notice a lot of your staff members use poor grammar and spell wrong a lot, so you might want to set up a standards for them.

I'm a member already, but I think more would join/I'd be more active if you went ahead and started to kick your staff into gear, get more people on each team, and fix those services ( having package service split into two )
