Forum Spotlight - Only the best forums make the cut!

I pick forums that really stand out to me. I take into account the userbase, overall look, activity, content, the idea itself, etc.

The forums that make it are forums that are above and beyond. Not just your average, everyday forum.
 
What about forums that fit all those requirements, for want of a better word, that you don't know about?
 
Well, keep in mind that I read all comments. Any user that has filled in the Website field is not only automatically entered in the monthly contest, but also has their forum looked at.
 
Also keep in mind that many articles are planned out days in advance, so if your forum is selected, I can't guarantee it will appear same day.
 
Are Weekly Winning Forums selected on a similar basis or what?
 
The Forum of the Week winner is picked based on which forum we feel is the best out of the six previous Spotlights. 🙂
 
It's mainly myself. I write the articles and all that good stuff, but I do talk to others about which forums have what it takes versus others.
 
Agent, be sure to check the comments regulary or try and add a report button as there are a couple of spam comments requesting to be in spotlight. These comments need to be removed. There's one in birdys comments and one in SSBBD comments.
 
I like it, although to those who say it needs a forum, the fact that he is using a blog is what makes it unique.

I happened to look through your Marketplace topic, and found your site banner in your sig. It really put a huge smile on my face to see you selected Brawl Domain as the 3rd choice to get the spotlight treatment; and you never told me about it. I just found that to be very professional, most people would hound the admin and beg them to look for extra support, lol.

The way the articles are written and presented, you're not just giving your first impressions, you get to know the site's and represent them well in your articles, bro.

This is a very cool and unique idea. I approve 110%. This'll be the first Blog I've ever bookmarked. :great:
