Forum URL issue

I just set up my forum with empirehostings.com and im having some trouble.

The forum url is fearthefayz.com HOWEVER it gives me an error message saying it is under contruction, please come back later. But if i type in fearthefayz.com/forum the forum will show up.

How can i fix this?


Also, how do I change the the image at the top? Where it has the yellow triangle.
I have a custom banner i want to use but idk how to change it.

I have NO EXPERIENCE with this so i do need help.

Edit: I figured out how to change the images. But how do i make my new forum not be so wide?

Moved to Forum hosting and support forum.

If you changed the nameservers of that earlier, Give it some time to propagate. As for me, I see:

Index of /

.ftpquota

Or, you can try flushing dns.
Open CMD,
Run the command
ipconfig/flushdns

Then try opening the page. If still it shows that try clearing the browser cache, or give it some time, it takes about 24 hours to propagate.
